I´m not able to log in. What can I do?

You may have entered an incorrect e-mail address when you registered. Please write an e-mail, so we can help you.


 

How much will shipping cost?

Germany: We charge the shipping costs at a flat rate of €5.90 per order.
 
Foreign countries (EU/Non-EU): We charge the shipping costs at a flat rate of €15.90 per order. Deliveries to Non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs charges.
 



How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Estimated processing times do not apply during holidays. Please be aware of any delays due to customs and the carrier service that may impact delivery times.
 
Below are the estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
 
Germany: 1-3 working days
Foreign (EU/Non-EU): 5-7 working days
 
All orders will be shipped via DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number.
 
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. There is no shipping on weekends or holidays.


 

Where is my package?

After a successful order you will receive a shipping confirmation with your shipment number by e-mail. You may click the Tracking-ID link on your order in the My Account page.


 

The product I want to order is sold out. When will it be available again?

Please check our facebook-page. Here, you will be informed when products will be back in stock again and can also find out everything about ongoing discount campaigns or winnings. So it's worth following!


 

I didn´t receive an order confirmation. Has my order been correctly registered?

Please check your spam folder first. Some e-mail programs incorrectly store our e-mails here. If the order confirmation is not there, you may have mistakenly entered an incorrect e-mail address when placing your order. For any clarification, you can always send an e-mail.


 

Do you ship to my country?

We offer worldwide shipping and can ship to most global destinations. You may find your destination on the country drop-down menu at checkout.
 



Can I buy products, pick up my order or replace goods locally?

No, that´s not possible. We do not run a retail store.


 

What do I have to bear in mind when ordering from a Non-EU country?

Please note that additional fees may apply for delivery to Non-EU countries.
 



How can I cancel an order?

If your order hasn´t already left our warehouse, you can cancel it by e-mail. Please enter your order number so that we can assign your cancellation.


 

I would like to return a product. How do I process?
